Article 199 Constitution Petition Auction Applicant and respondent participated in the auction proceedings in which the applicant was declared as successful bidder which was announced in the auction auction newspaper and due to the process of law The applicant had submitted the highest bid which was accepted and approved and he had participated who had participated.
