MST. AISHA BIBI versus PRINCIPAL, GOVERNMENT ELEMENTARY TEACHERS\' TRAINING COLLEGE FOR WOMEN, MULTAN
Arts 199 and 25 Constitutional Appeal Flexibility in Entry Age Limits in Academic B-Ed Classes Applicants for age discrimination, who had studied, had applied for admission to the B-Ed Morning classes, the age-limit prospectus. I was told 24 years for morning classes, but no matter what the age limit was for evening classes that were interested in applicants' morning time classes, the effect was age prescribed age. Applicants went to the relevant authorities to ease the age limit for enrolling in morning classes, Yet he was rejected. Availability of seats in morning classes, constitutional petitions filed by applicants, were entered for a regular hearing, with the instruction that if applicants were eligible for a qualification other than the age of restriction, Admission will be given. As per the orders of the High Court, the applicants were admitted and completed the compulsory course and the examination period for eligibility was fixed as there was a fixed 24 year period for admission to the morning classes. But no such age limit was set for the Syrian parties. Such action was a clear case of discrimination and a violation of Article 25 of the Constitution. Applicants had the right to attend the final exam for BED classes \ r \ n
