SALAHUD-DIN-AYYUBI versus STATE

Section 498 Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), bail before section 420/468/471, denial of the accused's presence, obtained bail three times before arrest, but after obtaining bail before the accused I did not appear before the High Court, such conduct of the accused prevented him from arbitrary relief of bail prior to his arrest, otherwise the accused was named in the FIR and fake documents were filed against him. Serious charges of preparation were made, in which case the request for bail was dismissed.
