Giving the opportunity to be heard, the authorities transferred that although the applicant was instructed to issue the notice, there was nothing in the file to indicate that the notice was actually sent to determine the applicant's hearing date. Unaware, therefore, they were condemned that the orders passed by the authorities were in violation of the principle of natural Seemingly half-hearted and without any legal influence, the High Court set aside the order to cancel the lease agreement using constitutional jurisdiction and remanded the matter to the authorities for a new decision, hearing both sides.
