Sections 6 and 13 of the Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), O. VII, R 11 (a) of the Court Fees Act (VII of 1870), Section 7 (IV) [as amended by the Court Fees (Amendment) Act (Section 2 of V) (1990)] Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Reduction in judicial fees for pre-notice before trial of constitutional petition; The court directed the trial court to dismiss the plaintiff. Hearing the date of the adjournment of the court fee within a certain period, the plaintiff filed an application for extension of time to pay the court fee, which was approved and the plaintiff paid for the court fee. Filed a revision against the extension of the term, which was allowed by the appellate court and the trial court order. The litigation was set aside when the trial court found that no court fees were payable according to the price index unit, an invalid appellate court order passed in the affirmation was invalid. Given that the trial court passed the order in respect of the price index unit passed by the trial court in the presence of counsel for the parties and was not challenged by anybody, restored, the matter will be decided in accordance with the law. ?
