AZIZ-UR-REHMAN versus HAJI AURANGZEB

Article 7 (185 ()), in the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Appeal, to leave the appeal to the Supreme Court jurisdiction when the two lower courts, namely, the trial court and the first appellate court, concluded their conclusions based on the evidence. There was no error in their decisions, and then using the jurisdiction under Article 185 (3) of the Constitution, the Supreme Court was not required to conduct a detailed examination of any evidence.
