Section 41 (6) and 58 Industrial Relations Act (IX of 2012), Sections 1, 87 and 88 General Clauses Act (X of 1897), Section 8 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 17 (1) Officers and employees of National Telecommunication Corporation Not applicable to the Relations Act, 2012, the Industrial Relations Act, 2012 shall not apply to the officers and employees of the National Telecommunication Corporation who assist in attracting the application of the Industrial Relations Act, 2012 with regard to Article 17 (1) of the Constitution. Will not. Officials and employees of the National Telecommunication Corporation will nevertheless restrict their right to form associations or unions to voice their grievances and negotiate with their employers for better employment conditions.
