Section 3 (1) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional application authorizes precautionary detention, the legality of registering multiple criminal cases against the accused, arresting him and prosecuting him for any period of restraint. There was no basis for doing so. In the thirty days until the settlement of the representation of the accused, his detention period shall be prepared by the substance of the representation which has been placed before the court, in any way to pass this invalid order to the District Coordination Officer. Can't understand enough. Outside the pale of its legal powers, the accused had acted against the accused for illegal and illegal views, with the approval of such proceedings by the Constitutional Courts, in a large number of the population of the city, in a respectful, deliberate and serious capacity. The veil will rise. The halting authority has been declared as wise and the final order of workers to be restrained accordingly
