Article 199 Law Reform Ordinance (XII of 1972), Section 3 Intra Court of Appeals Single Judge of the High Court had found this question about the authenticity of this document; it cannot be determined in constitutional jurisdiction, for the appellant. The lawyer was not able to convince the council if the facts and circumstances in this case did not require a factual inquiry into the said document. And that the exercise of the constitutional jurisdiction may be exercised under a challenge under which there is no legal or factual weakness in the order, it cannot be interfered with in the intra-court appeal.
