Sections 497 (2) of the Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Sections 302, 34, 147, 148 and 149 of the Pakistan Arms Act (XX of 1965), Section 13 of Qatl e amd, joint intentions, corruption, illegal assembly and joint purpose bail. Grant was charged with requesting further investigation and the co-accused / non-applicant applied for bail and the trial court denied the accused to the extent of the bail, while some were allowed to share the accused through improper orders. Which indicates that no one has forcibly witnessed the accused. Taking the deceased from the home of the co-accused; and no other significant evidence leading to the incident revealed the suspect to be linked to the crime prima facie; the case against the accused was that the co-accused were not present at the scene where further investigation was taking place. The accused was charged with murder The participant's participation was also in the event that further investigation was allowed by the court right to bail the accused accused in the circumstances.
