ABDUR RAZZAQ versus DEPUTY INSPECTOR-GENERAL OF POLICE, GUJRANWALA

The Section 491 Habitat Corps petitioner, the father of the alleged abductor, alleged that Ditono was abducted from the jurisdiction of the respective police station by the relevant applicant before the Investigation Officer as well as before the High Court. The evidence was presented. On the eve of the hearing on the request of the Habitat Corps, the alleged Dino was assassinated, who had shown that the murder was in continuation of the crime of abduction. The police station was directed to file a case against the guilty person on the applicant's written request.
