Article 156 (6), 48 and 68 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional application to hold the post of the Moderator cannot be terminated by the Nazim, nor can any provision for the appointment of a Nazim to be held in any other position. That is, the appointment of the moderator after the election and the re-election of the elected nominee is contradictory to the law, and thus there are no rules of holiness.
