The applicable jurisdiction for any error in Section 27, Proviso and Section 7 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Section 152 of the last section 152 of the Order and any error in the general jurisdiction, court decision and decree etc. It will be prosecuted under the lawsuit. Instead of section 27, the Financial Institution (Recovery of Finance) Ordinance, 2001, the general and inherent authority under section 152, CAC, which applies in the presence of a specific provision of provisions for section 27 of the ordinance under section 27 of the ordinance. Notwithstanding this, however, the court is empowered to correct typographical errors, and unlike section 152, the CPC does not provide for any accidental slip or error.
