MST. GUL PARI versus HAJI MAQSOOD ELAHI

Article 42 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Petition suit based on the declaratory declaration for the plaintiff claiming that he had become the property owner in the dispute and stated that the lawsuit filed by the modification was dismissed. The respondent's application was accepted by the appellate court and the case filed by the plaintiff was dismissed, against which the plaintiff filed a constitutional petition against which the proper order of the appellate court was to be filed against the defendant in any case. The jurisdiction was not open to any exception, rejecting the error-free decision of the appellate court without a precedent. Oh, deleted
