The complainant, seeking a bail on the Section 497 Appeal Code (XLV of 1860), Sections 496A, 365B and 380 land compromise F, presented a compromise process and submitted that it had compromised the defendants with the intervention of the area elders. What is and why he did not want to have any further written agreement on the matter which was kept on record, the joint statement of the complainant and the members of the locality, confirming the correctness of the agreement against the accused persons? The process was not and could not be compromised. A single ground accused for bail privileges can be considered as an individual, but it can also be considered as mitigating circumstance, while the principle of pardon and forgetfulness can be considered along with other grounds for bail. ?
