TARIQ MEHMOOD versus THE STATE THROUGH DEPUTY ATTORNEY-GENERAL, PESHAWAR
Section 9 (c) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185, the bulk of the evidence was recovered from a bag carrying four suspects. Recovery was proved by members of the raiding party, who did not have personal reasons to include the accused in a false case; the explanation offered by the accused was false, the evidence contradicts the evidence. And was unable to identify the contradiction. In proposing a slight doubt in the case of the prosecution arising in favor of the accused record, the court failed to disclose any legal or factual error in the findings obtained from the concurrence of the two courts on the crime of the Supreme Court. He, however, refused to interfere with the High Court's decision in those circumstances.
