The prosecution's witnesses were interesting witnesses investigating the evidence of the section 9 (c), and their statements were subject to material improvement, which the defendant alleged in his statement under Section 342, CRPC, concerning its false implications. The trial court acquitted all the accused involved in the case under CRPC, section 265K, and thus, on the principle of immunity, the accused was entitled to the same benefit, in the prosecution. His case against the accused was unsuccessful beyond any reasonable doubt. Accordingly, the accused was acquitted.
