Sections 3, 30, 37 and 41 were the largest shareholder of the Pakistan International Airline, complaining against the Government of Pakistan due to misuse of dominant positions, with a total stake of 89%, while the remaining shares were with the Public Competition Commission of Pakistan. The impact of different received complaints is that whenever passengers cancel or cancel scheduled flights, PIA is receiving a percentage of ticket fare, which is not only for other domestic and international carriers. The PIA policy was confirmed by the customer service, which is against the process and also discriminated against. It took notice of itself to support the complaints received by the Department and the Commission, and formed an inquiry committee under Section 37 (1) of the Competition Ordinance 2007, which formally investigated the matter, completed its report. And recommended that action be taken. Competition may be initiated under Section 30 of the PDA Competition Ordinance, 2007, which prohibits the improper use of the dominant position, applicable only if a portion of the annexation prevails. Where two or more tasks are collectively dominated, or the individual or collective one will be involved in a two-step process: first the determination of the relevant market and the second determination whether the relevant persons have concerned the commission of the PIA. After gaining an understanding of the dominant position, volunteering to eliminate the discrimination fee structure and the Appellate Bench, the PIA's understanding Egypt appreciated the project and ordered, it is proposed to be implemented according to the January, 2010, non-discriminatory fee schedules structured letters and spirit.
