And the terms and conditions of service dispute, which may not be raised in the constitutional petition prohibited under Article 1212 of the Company, for the development or other relief of the applicant of a nstistance justification. Did not pray which would fall under the `rules and conditions' of his service. There will be no question of Article 1212 of the Constitution, although in the circumstances a request for a warrant was filed, which can only be filed by an interested petitioner who expects regular promotion for the post. Was challenging the appointment of the respondent's constitutional request. By the applicant, which was applicable, in the circumstances the order of the defendant's appointment was canceled, without any legal order
