In section 497 of the Conventional Code (XLV of 1860), section 302/34 Qatil Ahmed bail, in the grant of two witnesses, it is stated that he heard the accused and others talking to the effect that the accused had paid the killer Rs. Promised to pay for the murder of the victim, but he had not yet paid the full amount, there was only one piece of evidence against the accused at such hearing, any statement of any relevant witness against the accused. The case was not registered, thus allowing further bail of his crime bail.
