Articles 25 and 199 Constitution Petition Civil Service Appropriate Classification Discrimination Applicability Petitioners were Associate Engineers Diploma and were working in BPS 16, while those with degrees in Agricultural / Civil / Mechanical Engineering were awarded B. It was put in PS17 that they had a complaint. They were discriminated against by the authorities, not by the BPS. The justification should be on discrimination to determine whether the rating was reasonable or not, to distinguish between prominent individuals or things that were excluded from those left together. Should the law of the alliance obtained by such a classification be constitutionally valid as it applies to an individual or a class of persons, there is no basis or reason for the same classification which was arbitrary and Was not founded on a rational basis because it has no rating. To guarantee its removal from diploma holders, they did not disobey Article 25 of graduating BPS 16 and BPS 17 to the graduates' constitution, nor did they have any unreasonable or unreasonable basis. Based on this, the decision of the authorities was based on the nature of the educational qualification, which was not found by the High Court officials. Any discrimination against the applicants was dismissed under the circumstances
