SHAMAUDDIN versus IVTH ADDITIONAL DISTRICT AND SESSIONS JUDGE (EAST) KARACHI

Article 15 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional application for the son of the landlord to approve the evacuation request on the basis of personal need of the shop stated that he was facing financial problems and he Want to increase their revenue. And after completing his matriculation education, his son used the shop to establish that his son was 18 years old and needed a shop for his son's use. And that no court can take the right to decide whether a landlord should be allowed to expand his income or not. The following two courts have filed facts related to the facts in favor of the landlord. The court dismissed the constitutional petition in the circumstances.
