SHAHID KHAN NIZAMANI versus RETURNING OFFICER

In the selection of papers for the nomination papers of the 12th and 14th National Assembly nominations, the respondent's submission of the qualification of the respondents against the Director of Mills was objectionable because he was the defaulter because of his mills to the Market Committee. Had to receive huge sums of money. And the bank loan obtained by its survivors still owes the defendant that a liability case between his Mills and the Market Committee is pending in the civil court. And since the bank loan was being paid according to its schedule, the respondents were not personally responsible, the obligations of the market committee which were consistent with the civil suit were to borrow from the bank under a schedule. It did not prevent a person from contesting the election to the default commission. The payment of the agreed-upon account had the date of payment of the bank loan in the year 2014 and such objections had not been settled by the defendant. \ r \ n
