JANTAN BIBI versus STATE

Sections 6 and 9 (b) criminal code of conduct (v. 1898), defining Section 412 evidence, found that 89 capsules containing 145 grams of total heroin powder and 134 grains were recovered from the accused's stomach. Has been declared and sentenced to one year imprisonment. A severe prison sentence is appealed by the defendant's mother seeking such reduction or release on parole. The trial court had already taken a very gentle approach after giving the accused such a low sentence, that the accused was involved in the most heinous crime of smuggling heroin powder, which can be treated. Since the crime against humanity did not entitle the accused to parole, the accused immediately confessed to his crime and it was his first offense that the accused had to take some revenge from such act.
