Application for separation of sections 154 and 561 was made exclusively for the registration of a criminal case under section 154, CCPC, if any police charge was reported to an identifiable offense. And if any such statement would lead to an unrecognizable case, it should be included in the register of section 154, CCPC police will not cause the arrest of any of the accused during the investigation The accused involved in the crime do not have the appropriate charges.
