According to the final complete investigation of Section 497 Preventive Code (XLV of 1860), Article 302/148/149/109, prosecution of assault with a deadly weapon and shortage of the same bail, in the murder. After the purchase, the complainant sought to seize the land at the Chipper rate in the joint venue of the party, by sending armed men to the place which ended the incident, thus, the main anchor of the incident. Could not be proof. To be deeply appreciated at the bail stage, the offense against the accused came under the prohibited clause of section 497 (1); the CRPC accused failed to disclose any reason for his false allegations in the case.
