DIN MUHAMMAD versus MUHAMMAD LATIF

Section 8 suit owner's possession confirmed that he had purchased the suit land through a registered sale deed. The defendant was a tenant under the former shopkeeper but he refused to vacate the suit land The plaintiff filed a withdrawal request which was rejected by the rent controller. It was also discarded. The property was purchased through a registered sale deed on which the house was built which the defendant never challenged cannot document any documentary evidence. The contents of the registered documents cannot be denied with oral evidence.
