MUHAMMAD NAWAZ versus MEMBER (CONSOLIDATION), BOARD OF REVENUE, PUNJAB, LAHORE
Section 10 (3) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Authentication of the Stable Scheme Objection of the Stability Scheme was confirmed by the Consolidation Officer on 24 6 1985 under Section 10 (3) of the West Pakistan Stability Holding Ordinance, 1960. The applicants believed that the land in question, which they had previously owned and owned, was illegally allocated by the authorities to the respondents, which created the question of the stability of the land originating from different plots. It was against the spirit to which the applicants had no concern. The matter was resolved. Before the Consolidated Officer and Member, up to the level of the Board of Revenue and the fact that the applicant's privileges were fully approved, no principle of stability was violated in this case. They were within the jurisdiction of the Authority and there was no misunderstanding in law or misreading or misreading of evidence in unwarranted orders. The constitutional application was dismissed.
