ABDUL WAHEED versus STATE

The FIR's registration after the Civil Court pending the Sections 195, 200 and 476 Constitutional Rules (XLV of 1860), Sections 420, 468 and 471 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Act 199 constitutional pleadings were found to be fraudulent. Received document found. The appropriate remedy in such a case was to file a petition before the civil court by the complainant under section 76 complain76, CCPC, or to file a complaint through a civil court under section ? 55 ((1)). The High Court upheld the illegal FIR because of jurisdiction and without legal authority.
