MIAN MAHMOOD-UL-HASSAN versus SPECIAL JUDGE, RENT TRIBUNAL, LODHRAN
Sections 15 and 22 (1) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 The tenant's landlord's eviction was filed with the tenant before the tenant, rather than the Punjab tenant. Apply for leave for competition under section 22 (1) of the tenant areas. The ordinance, 2007, responded to the eviction request by the Rent Tribunal allowing the tenant to file an application for permission. The landlord moved the appeal against the tenant tribunal appellate court's ruling that the rental tribunal appellate court did not reject that there was a constitutional request not to be retained against the interim order in such cases; it was appropriate for the landlord to appeal. Assume the order passed by but did not appear for the tenant tribunal to appear in the same tenant where they were ordered to file a written statement, which was a response to the rental tribunal filed by the tenant in compliance with the order. Should be applied as leave to contest the election and in this case Before further proceedings it should have been decided that the rent passed by the Tribunal was of a transitory nature which could not be acquitted in the constitutional petition.
