Section 497 Appeal Code (XLV of 1860), Section 380/357 Theft of house and house at night, Grant of the names of the accused was mentioned in the FLR, three persons were involved in the case, two were complainants. One was granted bail by the trial court, the suspect was the complainant's servant and he was named in the FIR. During the interrogation, the accused remained on police remand, but was connected to the crime. Nothing was recovered and the investigation was completed and the police no longer needed the accused for further investigation. No direct evidence was available against the accused. The case was brought after the arrest of the accused bail, he was admitted to bail conditions
