The issuance of second demand notice to the power connection for Article 199 Constitution Petition tube was challenged on the basis that before it demanded Rs 14,400 and Rs 8000 Rs. 177,77 The applicant said that the authorities did not mention any demand for depositing the alleged amount at the time of approving the power connection for the tube well. Once the electricity connection was approved and the demand notice was issued for the same deposit, the new demand for a small specialist agricultural expert to submit Rs 177,300 was extremely high, severe and very high. The limitation was that, on account of any mistake or unlawful act of the authorities, the applicant could not be burdened without any legal justification; a constitutional petition was allowed by the High Court.
