MUHAMMAD AMBER versus JAN MUHAMMAD

Sections 12 and 54 of the Civil Code of Conduct (v. 1908), for special performance of oral contract and permanent injunction, were dismissed by the trial court and the appeal filed against the trial court's decision and injunction was also dismissed. The following two facts related to the facts and law were based on several reasons and no illegal or irregularity was found in the said orders unless there was a judicial error in the orders passed by both the courts, the High Court intervened.
