On the basis of which the letter was issued through the Controller Examinations of the concerned University which examined the question regarding the absence of any evidence. The controller of examinations proved beyond doubt by the certificate of degree in the possession of the plaintiff was the result of not reading the material evidence of the concurrent results of the two courts on the issue of degree accuracy, and such results were of no importance. As a result of the lack of evidence, the Supreme Court upheld the agreement. The two courts below were allowed to be searched and appealed for a restored trial
