Investigation of the case against the names of the accused in Column No. 2 under section 156, 157, 169, 173 and 561A Panel Code (XLV of 1860), Section 324/337 F (v) / 427/34. Officer Investigating Officer, after completion of the investigation, listed the respondents / accused in column number 2. Section 169, was issued under the CCPC, and he was entitled to such orders because he believed the Fit Investigation Officer had the option of registering the name of an accused in column number 2 or column number 3. Absolutely, resulting in investigations that cannot be terminated by any judicial forum. Or in this case through a senior officer in your department or a public prosecutor. Or Inspector Legal etc., neither under the PC, the North West Frontier Province Prosecution Service Act, 2005 nor the Police Order, 2002, if the investigating officer cannot be prosecuted if the magistrate presents the challan in the court of jurisdiction.
