The technical evaluation of the buses engine denies the applicant's lowest bid, requesting the applicant to approve the tender acceptance authority and respond to the supply of buses based on reports submitted by such committee and the University of Engineering. Reasons for such news reviews in writing to reject his bid. S had not been followed. For reasonable reasons for rejecting the applicant's lowest bid and accepting the bid of the respondent authority, the applicant did not reject the technician's affidavit, therefore, his accuracy cannot be disputed.
