Investigations were continuing or termination of inquiry. Under Sections 79 and 80 of the Provincial Employees \ Social Security Ordinance, 1965, the administration had no authority available to regulate ad hoc employees, the Institution further requested that ad hoc employees be entitled to become permanent employees. Cannot claim. There were no legal principles, even though an organization owned and controlled the government and was a 'person' under the consideration of Article 199 (5) of the Constitution, but the employee of such organization maintained the constitutional petition in relation to any one. Could not keep up. The heirs born of T's terms and conditions were applicants for the relevant employment and they had a remedy before the relevant Labor Court for which they could take advantage of the constitutional petition.
