The tenant is given time. The applicant's request under section 148 reads with section 151, CPC, giving him one more time to comply with the consent decree that he cannot arrange for a replacement. And that it misunderstood the consent order and also disputed it for continuation of the tenancy on the increased rent, contradicting both such applications in clear and unambiguous terms on the part of the tenant. An order of consent was ordered, which stated that the applicant would hand over the premises peacefully to the applicant. Applicants' failure to obtain a replacement cover within the stipulated time cannot be relied upon by the landlord, under which the High Court may grant further time to the High Court.
