Section 138 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitution Petition Returns Rs. 1, 20, 50,000 paid by the applicant as a consideration to the District Council for receiving tax on excavation of stones, sacks, sand and land etc. Has requested that it asserts that the right to collect excise tax was auctioned under section 138 of the Punjab Local Government Ordinance 1979, despite the knowledge of the abolition of the tax by the accuracy of the provincial government, the District Council Impose a tax, and may file a tax or enter into a deposit agreement. The provincial government has already abolished the excise tax, the district council can no longer auction the right to collect the aforementioned tax. The subsequent payment of installments by the applicant proved to be 10 per cent, apart from the auction. The council continued to receive taxes from the people with the combination of both the eligible persons.
