Section 3 (1) Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional Application The district coordination officer issuing orders of detention based on the authenticity of the arrest of the accused for prejudice restoration was not chosen by the defense. His orders were the only ground for ordering the detention of the applicant in which he was allegedly involved in various criminal cases, which hardly provided any basis for his detention or in criminal cases. Only the trial court could decide the innocence of a dento involved, an order under section 3 (1) of the West Pakistan Maintenance of Public Order Ordinance, 1960, before satisfying the order, the person who was arrested must be satisfied. And he was ordered to be detained. He was prejudicial to public safety or care. The contents of the public order placed before the District Liaison Officer cannot be considered sufficient to approve the three consecutive detention orders of the applicant, who had already been detained for 60 days following two previous orders, public safety or public order. Could not be involved in criminal activity related to the rehabilitation and guarantees a third detention order. It appears that the orders were issued by the respondents on a non-material basis, and the grounds of detention were general and vague, which was not in accordance with the requirements of the law. And were approved without fulfilling the requirements. Section (1) reads along with Article 26 of the said Ordinance, which imposes on the fundamental rights of the applicant contained in the Constitution and in the eyes of the law quorum illegal.
