The accused were sub-section (2) of section 497, CR PC or otherwise both accused, in the present case the trial court denied the post-arrest bail on 19 10 2010 and section 497 till 3 12 2010. The accused was covered in the case. (2), CCP but he faced imprisonment for approximately 2 months and 22 days, and this loss cannot be compensated / repaired in any way which was granted to the accused.
