R11 (4) Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional Application Residence, The relaxation of the Chief Minister by relaxing the rules allowed the defendant to retain official residence for more than six months while the defendant retired. The request was made that the house was maintained. Unless the son provided alternative accommodation, he had no right to maintain the house until his son could find alternative accommodation. The respondents were ordered to allow the residence to remain in violation of the Residential Allotment Rules, 2009, in Quetta. It was illegal, invalid and had no legal effect. It was concluded that the High Court instructed the plaintiff to hand over the vacant possession to the applicant, under which the application was allowed.
