ZAHOOR AHMED versus I.-G. OF POLICE, PUNJAB

Section 200 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 185 (3) Private Complaint, Registrar of the interference of the case by the petitioner of the Supreme Court was upset over the closure of the investigation and the same case was maintained by the High Court. The Supreme Court may intervene in the matter and a direct re-investigation of the matter did not justify the view of the three High Court judges who held that filing a private complaint was appropriate for the applicant.
