DIRECTOR FBR, INTELLIGENCE AND INVESTIGATION DIRECTORATE, LAHORE versus AKHTAR ZAMAN KHAN

Section 497 (5) of the Sales Tax Act (VII VI of 1990), Sections 33 (1) (5) (12) (13) and (18) of the Constitution of Pakistan, Article 185 (3) repealing the guarantee for misuse. There is no allegation against the accuser of the request for sanctions that he misused the bail exemption in any way, for which the accused was charged with 5 years imprisonment and the accused was already almost 18 was sentenced to 18 months imprisonment, 29 days restriction was applied to the appeal and the reasons given were not valid in the delayed condolence petition. The Supreme Court refused to apologize for the delay and Bail was not canceled
