The decisions of the Committee constituted under Article 751A of the Constitution of the Supreme Court, bound by Arts 175A, 184 (3) and 189 other courts, are subject to judicial review, and the Judicial Commission and the Committee specify that it contains the Supreme Court law is enforced. The terms of Article 189 of the Constitution, whether the committee has played its role or have been left in its jurisdiction, are not the precedent for making decisions in the circumstances of a given case, except in the case of a future case. Is beyond the facts. Whatever matters are strange and specific to the facts and circumstances of the present case, by definition it cannot be a rule of law enforced by the Supreme Court.
