Was entitled to the benefits that the bank presented to its employees after retirement. Those respondents who are considered to be retired from service and from the date of cut off under the Golden Hand Shake Scheme, who are considered to be retired from service and on a cut off date, cannot be treated equally with employees who have made this option. And they were reasonably classified between the two types of employees, namely that the respondents who exercised these options and did not exercise the option failed to identify the discrimination under Article 25 of the Constitution and Could not bring any valid complaint to the cause. The fact that they were AC was chosen to take retirement under the Golden Handshake scheme and thereafter the respondents were paid a complete evacuation after a working period of retirement benefits. According to the respondents no case was brought, therefore, the court passed the decision by the superior was set aside the appeal was allowed
