R2 (b) Basic Rules, R12 A Constitution of Pakistan, Article 185 (3) Linear Parent Department Requirement The applicant was serving with Pakistan Telecommunication Corporation Limited (PTCL) and from there the public Through the Service Commission I joined the Public Health Engineering Department. By joining the new department through the petitioner, the PTCL claimed voluntary severance scheme that it contacted the PTCL when the scheme was announced, therefore, they were government employees. The accuracy of the scheme under KR2 (B) was entitled to all benefits under the line. (Certification) Rules, 1993 meant to remain in office, on which permanent certification of any permanent post, it certified the employee under the Basic Rule, 12A, and ceased to hold that office. The shareholder who had previously acquired any other position had to satisfy the three conditions that his original department had to abolish the rights of a regular public servant, that the relevant government employee had joined the other department on a regular basis. That joining another department was the result of his choice. And that this election was made through a regular selection process if the above conditions were satisfied and the public servant contested for such participation, he would not have a claim to his entitlement in the former department for the probationary period. Applicant could not retain the applicant after the termination. The PTCL did not apply to the applicant's case after joining the Public Health Engineering Department on a regular basis through the Public Health Commission Voluntary Separation Scheme.
