KARACHI DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY versus SYED IQBAL AHMED

Article 4 (185) Development plot was allotted by the Karachi Development Authority in the interest of the persons entitled to the misuse of fees or their forerunners, but they failed to extend the construction of the High Court within a period of time under the jurisdiction of the Constitution.
