One person was a minor and had a sales contract. Without the declaration of guardianship signed by him by his mother and further that the plaintiff was sued without any resolution of the company, the fact that both the courts have rightly declared that the contract on behalf of the minor Was executed by the mother of Detective Walleye after which the minor was appointed guardian of the minor by the Guardian Judge, especially for the purpose of selling the land sold in favor of the plaintiff company and the Guardian Judge. The defendant allowed in connection with the sale to the mother in question, any unlawful mark in any of the different conclusions. It is not nor it can be shown that the results are based on a reading of the misrepresentation or evidence. The plaintiff was never sued by the company nor was any such case claimed by the defendants.
