ABDUL RASHID KHAN versus REGISTRAR, BAHAUDDIN ZAKARIA UNIVERSITY, MULTAN

Constitutional Jurisdiction of the High Court Employed by the University Regulations Scope Petitioner and vice versa High Office for Implementation of Order in relation to Constitutional Petition and Intra Court Appeal Pleaded with the Constitutional jurisdiction of the Court. Simultaneously filed by the applicants was filed by the High Court. The University had no legal principles, so, under Article 199 of the Constitution, the High Court had no remedy for the applicant, the Supreme Court refused to rule out any exception to the harmony of the two forums below.
